
ERP Data Engineer II

- 2-3 years of experience in data engineering and integration domain with in-depth exposure around building & managing data pipelines on cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
- Extensive hands-on experience around Notebook Pyspark coding (Preferably on Databricks) & advanced SQL to develop & optimise data pipelines
- In-depth understanding of data modelling & data transformation techniques while maintaining a high level of data quality & integrity
- Strong software development skills using Hadoop technologies such as Hive, Spark etc.
- 2-3+ years of experience in Workday Studio and managing code within the Workday environment
- Knowledge & exposure to SaaS Applications, such as Salesforce or any other CRM system
- Well-versed with release management, incident management and SDLC methodologies through Bitbucket/GitHub and JIRA
- Good understanding of infrastructure components such as clusters, nodes, compute, and storage needed for managing data pipelines and their performance
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate roadblocks, diagnose problems and generate effective solutions
- Outstanding stakeholder management & communication skills
- Worked with a wide variety of business & technical stakeholders on strategic data projects
