○ Greet visitors, clients, and potential buyers in a friendly and professional
manner.○ Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries to appropriate team members,
and provide information about properties or services as needed.○ Manage client appointments, schedule property viewings, and coordinate with
sales agents or property managers.○ Ensure all visitors sign in and are directed to the correct meeting room or
office area.Office Management:● Ensure that the front desk and lobby area are tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.● Maintain and update client databases, schedule follow-ups, and track communication
logs.● Process and track office correspondence and paperwork, including contracts, forms,
and other documentation.Experience:● Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred, ideally in a
