Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in Mumbai.- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, cosmetologists, clinics, and healthcare professionals.- Conduct regular field visits and product demonstrations to drive adoption and sales growth.- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the assigned territory.- Track and analyze sales performance and prepare periodic reports for management.- Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotional campaigns and product launches.- Ensure full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Key Requirements- 5-10 years of experience in derma or cosmetology sales, preferably selling to HCPs.- Strong understanding of dermatology and cosmetology products and market trends.- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing assigned territories.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and manage a team if required.- Willingness to travel extensively within Mumbai.
