This role requires creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for design to produce visually appealing graphics and engaging video content. The ideal candidate will be proficient in graphic design software, video editing tools, and possess a strong understanding of visual storytelling. Responsibilities: 1.Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various digital and print materials including social media posts, website assets, advertisements, and promotional materials. Develop and design logos, icons, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance brand identity and communication. Collaborate with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and objectives. Ensure all graphics are high-quality, visually appealing, and optimized for different platforms and devices. 2.Video Editing: Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling video content that tells a story and resonates with the target audience. Enhance video content with effects, transitions, animations, and graphics to maintain viewer engagement. Incorporate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the overall impact of the videos. Collaborate with content creators, videographers, and other team members to brainstorm ideas and execute video projects effectively. Ensure video content is optimized for various platforms and formats, including social media, websites, and presentations. 3.Creative Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements, objectives, and timelines. Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and concepts for visual content. Provide creative input and feedback on design and video projects to ensure they meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines. 4.Project Management: Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliverables. Maintain organized file management systems to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to project assets. Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates on project progress and address any challenges or concerns. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, visual arts, film production, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design and video editing software. Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and video editing skills, with examples of creative projects and successful collaborations. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail and time management skills. Knowledge of current trends in graphic design, video production, and social media platforms. Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts visually. Experience with motion graphics, animation, and 3D modeling is a plus.
