The role involves field sales and relationship management across hospitality and retail outlets, with a strong focus on driving brand visibility and sales for Allied Blenders' liquor products.Candidates will have the opportunity to pursue an MBA program, as the client has confirmed interest in sponsoring higher education for employees.Key Responsibilities:Visit hotels, QSRs, restaurants, bars, FL outlets, and other retail pointsPromote and drive sales of Allied Blenders productsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and outlet partnersEnsure brand visibility and placement across assigned locationsAchieve sales targets and report daily activitiesEligibility Criteria:Graduate (mandatory)Good communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work in field sales and travel extensivelyPrior sales experience is an advantage (not mandatory)Compensation & Benefits:Stipend: ₹15,000 per monthTravel and food reimbursement during working hoursOpportunity to pursue MBA (sponsored by the company)Preferred Candidate Profile:Energetic and result-orientedStrong negotiation and convincing skillsSelf-motivated with a proactive approachNeed fresher candidate only.
