- Utilize data analysis and user behavior to make informed decisions, continuously refining and enhancing the platform's algorithms.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts to ensure the reliability and performance of search and matchmaking features.
- Oversee the successful launch of new features, and work on their continuous improvement post-launch.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact and success of search and matchmaking enhancements.
- Foster a feedback-driven culture, both internally and through user feedback, to drive ongoing product improvement.Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in product management, with a focus on search and matchmaking algorithms.
Strong understanding of data science, machine learning, and AI.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in translating data insights into product improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
