Drive the business strategy for assigned territory and grow the market share across Direct, Alliance and DSA channel.
To work with sales team in implementing business strategy in the assigned Territory.
Driving servicing, Operation, collections, compliance and regulatory requirements for the assigned territory.
Market Development:
Identify Business Opportunities and create direct/alliance/DSA Channel business strategy.
To set up network by appointing DSAs/ Connectors.
Team Management:
To manage hiring/attrition and nurture• & train team members of branches.
To derive optimum productivity from the team.
To ensure alignment• & synchronization of Sales /Credit/Technical team.
Risk Management :
To adhere to Compliance• & Policy governance.
Portfolio quality by enabling right credit culture.
Customer Relationship :
To maintain high standard of customer service.
Relationship Management, resulting in multi-product sales• & continuity of customers.
Managing Environment :
To benchmark competitiveness and market intelligence.
Administrative management of the Territory.
Managing next level of internal/external grievances.
P&L Management & Collections :
Deliver business volumes as per target.
To ensure right business mix leading to yield/processing fee.
Managing cost of acquisition by right channel mix.
To control Credit Cost and In charge of collections.
Relationship Management:
To manage relationship with Developers, DSA's and Alliance Partners.
