This role involves providing insurance coverage and assistance to our clients in the motor and health insurance sectors. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry and will be based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. This is a full-time position with LMV Financial Services Pvt Ltd. Qualifications And Skills 1 to 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably in motor and health insurance Strong knowledge of insurance policies, terms, and coverage options Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex insurance concepts to clients Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload Customer-oriented mindset and dedication to customer satisfaction Negotiation and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using insurance management software and tools Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred Roles And Responsibilities Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options for motor and health insurance Explain insurance policies and terms to clients, ensuring they understand the coverage and benefits Process insurance applications and renewals, collecting necessary information and documentation Handle client inquiries and claims, providing assistance and guidance throughout the process Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policies Stay updated with industry regulations and policies to ensure compliance with legal requirements Collaborate with team members and insurers to negotiate favorable terms and premiums for clients Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients Contribute to the achievement of sales targets by actively promoting insurance products and services
