Responsibilities :You'll work closely with clients to understand what matters most to their business and their users. That means running workshops, asking the right questions, listening carefully, and helping shape a clear path forward. You'll take the lead on turning research and insight into design strategies that are grounded, thoughtful, and actionable.
You'll guide teams through the design process-from early concepts to final prototypes and make sure the work always reflects a strong user point of view. You'll keep things real by testing ideas early and often, and help prioritize improvements based on real feedback.
Beyond the project work, you'll play a big role in growing the business. You'll support pitch conversations, co-create solutions with vertical teams, and help convert opportunities into long-term value. Internally, you'll mentor designers, help them find their voice, and create an environment where people are excited to grow.Additional Responsibilities :A background in UX or design strategy with at least 10 years of experience
Experience leading client conversations and driving design outcomes that connect to business goals
A knack for simplifying complexity and telling a strong story behind your ideas
A portfolio that shows your ability to think deeply and execute with clarity
A genuine interest in helping people grow and building a culture of shared learning
