  • Work with senior developers, Tech Lead & Project Managers to determine size, scope, impacts, risks for projects to be delivered from Pune
  • Analyse and implement UI/UX solutions
  • Co-ordinate with other IT teams and represent the application in engineering and architect forums
  • Independently work on development tasks and actively work with development manager and BA to propose UI/UX solutions
  • Implement tooling and automation wherever there is opportunity
  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex UI features and application upgrades.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Technical
  • Excellent grasp in ReactJS, Java scripting, Typescript, ECMAScript 6, UX.
  • ReactJs Custom component creation Custom Hook.
  • Strong experience with Redux and Webpack in production environments.
  • Hands on experience in modern JavaScript(ES6+), HTML5, CSS3 and other relevant tools.
  • Proficient in front-end tooling(Webpack, Babel, Eslint etc.) and state management libraries.
  • Deep understanding of micro front-end based architecture
  • Exposure to Rest API, JMS, Message Oriented Middleware technologies e.g. IBM MQ, Active MQ.
  • Working experience in Testing Framework like Jest/ react testing Library.
  • Experience with performance profiling, optimization, and lighthouse audits.
  • Knowledge in DevOps tooling like Jenkins, Sonar etc, creating CICD pipelines
  • XML, XSL, XQuery, Parsing techniques
  • Having worked on development and build tools such as Gradle, GIT, IntelliJ, Eclipses etc.
  • Exposure on UI Design Patterns and related implementation
  • Handson in NoSql DB (MongoDB) and exposure to relational DB like postgress, Oracle
Familiarities with containerized environments.Execution10+ years of IT experience in successfully delivering complex technology solutions within a defined Software/Systems development lifecycle inBanking Industry. * Experience in AGILE methodology, status reports, progress tracking, issues/risks lists, and deployment and release management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills with proven history in dealing with stakeholders and globally distributed project teams
  • Willingness to engage with business users and key IT stakeholders outside of direct area of responsibility and manage expectations.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
  • Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • Ability to define, collect and analyse metrics for development projects
