- 4 to 5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing
- Hands-on experience in field sales and client handling
- Drive sales of premium commercial real estate projects including offices, showrooms & retail spaces
- Generate high-quality leads through field activities, brokers, and client references
- Deliver compelling project presentations highlighting location advantages, ROI & investment potential
- Conduct site visits with clients and provide detailed project walkthroughs
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners, brokers & investors
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Negotiate and close high-value deals efficiently
- Coordinate with legal, CRM & accounts teams for smooth documentation and booking process
- Maintain strong follow-ups and ensure conversion of prospects into buyers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- MBA in Marketing/ Finance (Preferred)
- Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience
