- Selling of the LABTEC Division's complete range of products directly to the customers which includes (Lab Balances, Mass comparators, Quantos, LabX Software, LHCD, Moisture Analyzers, GWP consultants)
- To achieve sales target, profitability and cost objectives for the assigned territory in consultation with the Regional Manager.
- Continually monitoring sales performance to ensure all customer orders are realized internally and delivered in line with customer expectations.
- Timely collection of payments, Service Orders, etc as per the sales contract from time to time
- To ensure the collections on sales within the company norms of Days Outstanding.
- Development of New customer accounts. Generate new leads by identifying opportunities, promoting the interests of the MTIN products.
- To coordinate with service engineers to attend installations, routine maintenance and breakdowns.
- To interact with customers, understand the needs and positioning of the products of the company as per his requirements.
- To keep himself abreast with the concurrent issues in the Sales and Marketing, the Analytical Instruments and Laboratory Products Industry, technology, competitors, competitive strategies etc.
- Building good customer relationship on long term basis.
