Years Experiences: 2+ YearsRole OverviewAs a full-time Graphic Designer at NFO, you’ll play a key role in shaping how students, educators, and parents engage with our brand. You’ll work closely with our Marketing, Product, and Content teams to create impactful, educational, and visually engaging assets across digital platforms. If you have a passion for design and a flair for translating ideas into powerful visuals,we’d love to have you on board.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Visual Content: Create eye-catching graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations.
Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints in line with brand guidelines.
Collaborate with Teams: Work cross-functionally to visually simplify complex financial concepts.
Audience-Centric Design: Create student-friendly, accessible graphics that resonate with learners, educators, and parents.
Feedback & Refinement: Iterate on designs based on team and stakeholder input to produce polished final assets.Requirements
2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the education, youth, or finance sector.
Strong command of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign; proficiency in Photoshop and familiarity with tools like Figma or Canva.
A portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and a range of digital design work.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
Understanding of accessible and inclusive design principles.
