*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international markets for machine manufacturing.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with distributors, and end-users.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities to promote company offerings.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value sales deals.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Monitor industry regulations, standards, and innovations to stay ahead of market trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- 3+ years of business development or sales experience in the machine manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.
- Strong technical understanding of machinery and industrial equipment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and trade events.
