Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT product or service sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and building strong client relationships.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share.- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.- Conduct detailed product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings to explain IT solutions and services.- Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose customized IT solutions.- Negotiate contracts, close sales deals, and ensure timely follow-ups for successful conversion.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging IT technologies.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in IT sales (software, hardware, SaaS, or IT services).- Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and technology trends.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.Location: Palakkad/Remote (ref:updazz.com)
