Proficiency in adult learning methodologies such as Androgrogy Ability to research, analyze, develop, tailor, and/or revise instructional materials. Ability to apply instructional theories and strategies to the content. Experience in different modes of learning such as transformational learning, blended learning etc. Ability to work with content development tools Aware of and experience with the template approach of learning. Experience in developing the learning roadmap and course outline Be aware of the different learning technologies and deliverable types. Ability to visualize the graphical representation of content.
