Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with key E-commerce and Qcommerce platforms.- Ensure smooth execution of deliveries while maintaining 100% fill rates.- Work closely with internal teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance) for timely order fulfilment and accurate inventory management.- Address issues related to stockouts, cancellations, pricing discrepancies, and order delays in coordination with platform teams.- Take complete ownership of Purchase Orders (POs), fill rate tracking, and other operational metrics.- Ensure seamless execution and on-time deliveries across all platforms.Key Requirements :- Minimum 1 year of experience in handling E-commerce / Q-commerce sales within the FMCG sector.- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, BigBasket, Instamart, Zepto, Blinkit, etc.- Strong understanding of online sales operations, and analytics.- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and platform dashboards/portals.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven, and detail-oriented environmentInterested candidate can share their cv on mail id or call or share their cv at 6205986524 (ref:updazz.com)
