JOB DESCRIPTION:We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Program Manager with strong experience inNew Product Introduction (NPI) and New Product Development (NPD). The ideal candidatewill bring in-depth expertise in program execution, risk mitigation, and cross-functional teamcollaboration. Knowledge of Six Sigma, reliability engineering, risk management, and budget& compliance management is essential. Experience in the medical device domain is a plus,though not mandatory.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead end-to-end program management for NPI/NPD initiatives across multiple globalstakeholders. Drive program planning, execution, monitoring, and closure aligned with businessobjectives. Ensure risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies are in place andeffectively managed. Implement and sustain Six Sigma methodologies and reliability principles acrossprojects. Manage program budgets, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with internal andexternal regulations. Facilitate regular program reviews with leadership and stakeholders. Foster seamless collaboration across cross-functional and geographically distributedteams. Communicate effectively at all organizational levels to ensure alignment andtransparency.REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. 12–18 years of total experience, with substantial exposure to NPI/NPD processes. Strong knowledge of Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt preferred) and reliability engineering. Proven experience in risk management, budget handling, and regulatory compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams. Quick joiners will be preferred.PREFERRED: Experience in the medical device domain is desirable but not mandatory. Certification in PMP or similar project/program management frameworks
