Job Description :· Lead UI/UX design efforts front-end, ensuring a consistent, intuitive, and accessible user experience.· Conduct usability studies, user interviews, and feedback sessions to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement.· Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into polished design solutions.· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and improved features.· Define and maintain a design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across the platform.· Optimize workflows and layouts for different personas, from new users onboarding to advanced users performing complex graph operations.· Stay current on front-end trends, accessibility standards, and design best practices to keep product platform ahead of the curve.Requirements· 3–5 years of experience in front-end/UI design, preferably in SaaS or data visualization products.· Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD and prototyping tools.· Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (ability to collaborate closely with engineers).· Experience designing complex workflows for technical users.· Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs and usability improvements.· Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design best practices.· Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for the user.
