Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer/ Process Associate, Insurance Operations ( Transcription ) The objectives of this Genpact operations unit must tie into the overall aims of business. The group seeks to provide a high standard of service for business. The positions operate in a dynamic environment and are well suited to those with strong processing skills and a positive, &lsquocan do" attitude. The candidate must be willing to work flexible and varying shifts through the year and must react positively, patiently and effectively to calls/emails seeking clarifications, have a customer centric approach in problem solving. Responsibilities . In this role, you will be responsible for listening to the pre-recorded audios and convert it into work documents which is a conversation between insurance company representatives and a person who is somehow related to the claim/accident/event. . Must have a good listening skill. . Some experience of transcribing the audio files into written document . Good command on English language- Reading & Writing Qualifications . Processing 55 minutes of audio into word document every day. . Maintaining good accuracy. . Ability to proofread first level processed files. . Full ownership of the task from pulling from the queue to uploading it on the tool. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualification . Any Undergraduate & Graduate.
