- Align operational and program objectives across Supply Chain functional environments, ensuring quality, consistency and continuous improvement.
- Maintain operational applications to a high degree of availability, performance, quality, and compliance. Mitigate risk by demonstrating change control, release, and incident/problem management.

- Orchestrate delivery across complex project portfolios and operational run activities, integrating with adjacent domains (manufacturing, logistics, order management, master data).
- Engage and align diverse business and IT stakeholder communities (Business Process Owners, Process Experts, Data Experts, Supply Chain Operations) to ensure value realization.

- Build and develop a high performing team across SAP S/4 and SAP APO, providing inputs to budgeting, program planning, landscape maintenance, refreshes and resource planning.‑performing team
- Transition our SAP APO support capability to SAP IBP in line with future programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; masters degree preferred.
- 10+ years leading IT for supply chain planning within operational and project environments from an industry capability or consulting background – preferably from a Life Science background.
- Proven experience of implementing change across complex ERP/APS landscapes (SAP ECC, S/4, APO) for supply chain functionalities; exposure to SAP IBP beneficial.
- Proven operational leadership of mission critical applications with strong ITIL disciplines; expert in root cause analysis. ‑critical applications with strong ITIL disciplines; expert in root cause analysis.
- Experience managing third‑party providers and complex multi‑vendor environments with contractual and performance frameworks.
- Demonstrated success across complex operational and project IT landscapes; excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills in global settings.
