campaigns for all relevant sales channels both in the offline and online space keeping in mind the required
timelines for each of the projects and brands ethos and language.
The knowledge about campaigns in both Print and digital mediums including social media and digital
media.
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop
innovative graphic designs.
Layout key guidelines to be followed for brand assets and elements across platforms - digital, offline,
Parlors, and aggregators.
Ensure uniformity of all branding elements with respect to colour palate, font style, design language, etc
Brainstorm ideas and concepts with the marketing team.
Help layout a detailed social media grid pattern and design language (colour scheme, brand tonality, font
style, etc)
Designing digital ads that help in maximizing the efficacy of the campaign.
The ability to create packaging design and printing and development knowledge to be able to close the
project - check all digital proofs, cylinder proofs and sample proofs for colours and overall design. Give
approval to proceed to next stage.
The ability to coordinate with external agencies, if need be, for some creative requirements (Please note
ideally all marketing work is done inhouse for our brand)
The candidate must have experience in an advertising agency, specifically with leading FMCG brands in the
Food and Beverage category or an FMCG brand.
Experience with luxury, international, or lifestyle brands is a plus. Understanding in Graphics, Design and
Visual Principles, Design Principles Layouts, Colour, Fonts, Proportions Themes etc. Ability to manage
brand shoots from a technicality point of view.
