Generate Leads and Sales revenue by managing website catalog, product keywords and content on ecommerce platforms including Amazon Seller central, Shopify, Indiamart and more. Uploading and inventory management on all market places.2. Do market and competetion research, monitor various ecommerce platforms and online competitors3. Handling Inside Sales, Backend operations for product dispatch, Online Chat, Email and phone support. Coordinate with Operation team for dispatch daily orders of marketplaces/e-commerce websites. Monitoring logistics cases like: COD not ready, Customer is not available, Address not found, Orders cancelled4. Payment Reconciliation of all marketplace5.
