Department Manager - Layout and Piping

• Accountable for ensuring timely project delivery in alignment with the organization's strategic objectives, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and client satisfaction.
• Will collaborate across the organization to enhance performance, drive growth, and uphold as well as strengthen the integrity of processes and systems.
• Shall be a visionary leader with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges related to technological advancements and project diversification.
• Should be prepared to attract the necessary talent or implement training strategies to ensure the organization is well-positioned to capitalize on emerging opportunities and navigate industry challenges.

• Extensive experience in the Oil and Gas industry, encompassing refineries, petrochemical facilities, chemical and process plants, fertilizer plants, and energy transition projects
• The candidate should have overseen a minimum of three large-scale projects concurrently
• Must possess leadership experience with the capability to manage large teams comprising a minimum of 150 to 200 personnel.
