The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in performance marketing, digital sales, and affiliate partnerships, and is expected to bring strong agency or network-side experience to the role.Key Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and digital networks.Drive sales and revenue growth by offering performance marketing solutions (CPA, CPL, CPI, etc.).Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their goals and challenges.Collaborate with internal teams (campaigns, tech, client servicing) to deliver high-performance outcomes.Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.Conduct market research and stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and digital innovations.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).Minimum 3+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in digital ad networks, performance marketing, or affiliate marketing.Strong understanding of digital media channels: Performance, Affiliate, Programmatic, and Display.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proven ability to work independently and handle a high-paced, target-driven environment.Existing relationships with agencies and networks will be a strong plus.Target Background / Benchmark Companies:Candidates from the following top agencies and affiliate networks will be given preference:
