· Relevant experience in testing ServiceNow ITSM Modules (Incident management, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, etc.), ITOM, SOM, HRSD etc.
· Expert in SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile methodology, Testing Concepts (Black Box testing, System Testing, Acceptance Testing, Regression testing, Stress testing, Automation testing, etc.)
· Implement ATFS and setting up test scripts within ServiceNow Enhance and maintain automated flows.
· In-depth knowledge of Service Now configurations, workflows, and customization capabilities.
· Troubleshoot issues in systems under test.
· Manage meetings, set goals, provide feedback on testing tasks, and delegate testing responsibilities.
· To build and maintain ATF after each sprint on each story basis and to run these ATF after every sprint as part of regression.
· Good understanding of CMDB, service mapping and Discovery
· Proficient in upgrade and regression testing.
· Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations
· 5+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment
· 4+ years of ServiceNow experience / implementation
· System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP Fundamental
· Experience in Testing on ServiceNow instance integrations using REST/SOAP APIs(Mandatoryabout you9-12 years of experience in ServiceNow functional validation as a Functional Test Lead.
Good level of practiced technical knowledge.
Qualifications (Preferred)
· ServiceNow CSA certified
· ServiceNow ATF Expert
· ATF certification required. ServiceNow certification(s) such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) is a plus.ServiceNow testing and ATF experience is must.-Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, CMDB, SPM, and more.
-Knowledge of JavaScript programming language.
- Develop, update and maintain testing standards and procedures
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in testing environment with CSM domain.
- Knowledge of at least one test tool.Bonus Points If

· Test Case Design: Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design comprehensive test cases, ensuring full coverage of ServiceNow features and functionalities.
· Test Execution: Execute ATF test suites and record results, identifying and documenting defects, and working closely with developers to resolve issues.
· Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to ATF scripts, test cases, and test results for future reference and compliance.
· Quality Assurance: Ensure that ServiceNow configurations and customizations adhere to best practices, standards, and security protocols.
· Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to team members on ATF scripting and testing best practices
