Opportunity to work with a global Private Equity Fund Opportunity to work in a leadership role Job Description As a VP - Investment, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities - Conduct thorough analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities including market analysis, financial modelling, and assessing growth potential Lead investment transactions from sourcing to closing, including negotiating deal terms, structuring investment agreements, and coordinating legal and financial due diligence processes Lead the development of investment thesis, execute deals, and negotiate term sheets and investment agreements.
