- Understand Exponent’s tech stack and create a report card for the performance of our products. This will include defining metrics and drawing insights from data.
- Be the advocate for the ‘user’ within the company. Be able to objectively measure if user are not only getting value but also enjoy using the products Exponent has built.
- Define and set up a pipeline to track product metrics and their respective performance on a periodic basis.
- Understand what bugs exist on the product and be able to objectively set priority on the basis of overall impact to the user.
- Be able to provide insights in defining the roadmaps for different products both based on their previous performance as well as evolving customer behavior and needs.
- Build tracking for overall warranty risk to the company.
- Assist in setting and achieving short-term v/s long-term goals relating to product development.
- Assist in setting priorities for projects by being able to objectify what their impact to the organization is
- Assist in defining roadmaps for different products by understanding user behavior and usage patterns.
- 2+ years of experience in a product or a data science-based role.
- Critical thinking. Ability to map and assess impact on product performance.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Ability to convert large amounts of data into a more meaningful and ingestible format.
- Previous experience in a hardware development company is a plus.
- Proficiency in working with databases is a plus.
