Reports to: Office Manager / HR ManagerKey Responsibilities:Manage front-desk activities such as greeting visitors and answering phone calls.Handle office correspondence, emails, and courier dispatches.Maintain and update office records, files, and databases.Monitor and manage office supplies inventory.Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and appointments.Coordinate with vendors and service providers.Support HR and finance departments in administrative tasks.Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the office environment.Handle travel bookings, hotel reservations, and event coordination.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.1–3 years of experience in office administration preferred.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Good command of written and spoken English and local language.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Presentable and professional demeanor.
