- To work earnestly to provide service support to customers to achieve customer delight and profitability for the company.
- To carry out machine Installations and commissioning
- To train customers, operators, and engineers regarding operation, preventive maintenance, etc.
- Planned/broken down maintenance of machines under warranty as well as under AMC.
- Follow up from time to time for payments and spare parts orders with customers.
- To maintain customer service records/ flies etc.
- To carry out machine Demonstration at customer end / Demo room / Exhibitions, etc.
- Timely submission of reports as desired by seniors
- Graduate in Engineering
- 2-4 years' experience in a similar role
- Good working experience on CNC machines, preferably in the wire harness manufacturing field.
- Should possess good communication skills.
- High level of customer orientation, resilience, and teamwork
