- Executive Consulting: Serve as the primary Transformation & Advisory leader, consulting with senior client stakeholders to define roadmaps, identify revenue remediation opportunities, and design enterprise-level data solutions.
- Business Growth & P&L Impact: Drive overarching business metrics that significantly add to the top-line and profitability. Own the ROI frameworks for EXL's revenue optimization business.
- Next-Gen Capability Building: Champion the integration of state-of-the-art technologies into the analytics lifecycle. Pioneer the adoption of advanced frameworks, including Agentic AI and LLM agents, to automate complex decision-making and uncover new patterns in structured and unstructured data.
- Outcomes-Driven Leadership: Maintain overall accountability for the Payment Integrity KPIs. Ensure the organization consistently meets commission-based revenue targets through meticulous operational excellence.
- Risk & Strategy Steerage: Proactively identify risks to business KPIs and pivot strategies using advanced data science, predictive analytics, and deep-dive quantitative methodologies.
- Portfolio Oversight: Oversee a massive, multi-dimensional analytics portfolio, including Production Analytics (Rules & Model runs for 5+ enterprise clients), Shared R&D/Data Mining, ML/NLP development, and end-to-end Operational Analytics.
- Organizational Leadership: Direct, mentor, and scale a high-performing organization of data analysts, scientists, and team managers. Define hiring strategies, career pathing, and attrition management.
- Cross-Functional Synergy: Build strategic relationships across global teams, onshore counterparts, and internal technology/platform teams. Centralize and prioritize enterprise requirements to ensure seamless delivery.
- Change Management: Translate complex data insights into compelling business narratives, enabling smooth change management and adoption among key client stakeholders.
- Leadership Experience: 10+ years of experience leading large-scale analytics organizations, creating enterprise solutions, and defining strategic roadmaps.
- Consulting Pedigree: 8+ years of experience preferably from top-tier Analytics/Consulting firms (e.g., MathCompany, Tredence, Mu Sigma, Tiger Analytics, LatentView, Big 4).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the US Healthcare value chain (Payers and Providers). Candidates with proven experience solving complex healthcare data and payment integrity problems are highly preferred (e.g., Optum, Truven/IBM, Cognizant Healthcare Payer, Sagitec).
- Education: MBA from a Top-Tier B-school strongly preferred, or an advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Finance.
- Advanced Analytics Mastery: Deep understanding of analytics levers (SQL rules, ML pipelines, NLP automation, optimization, and Agentic workflows).
- Technical Fluency: Strategic command over modern tech stacks (AWS/Azure, Databricks, Python, SAS) and digital frameworks to guide technical teams effectively.
- Commercial Acumen: Exceptional ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured technical solutions that yield measurable financial ROI.
- Executive Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication, with the ability to storyboard complex analytical concepts for non-technical executive audiences.
- Agile Leadership: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment, managing multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
