- Assist, Director of Engineering in all engineering operations and maintenance.
- Assist, Director of Engineering in preparing HLP and R&M budgets of Hotel & Residences.
- Coordinating with ESPL team for high-end equipment services and operations.
- Assist, Director of Engineering in preparing CAM charges on monthly basis.
- Assist, Director of Engineering in required engineering licenses for hotel operations.
- Preparing monthly reports of HLP and R&M.
- Preparing CAPEX (Capital Expenditure) projects.
- Ability to run engineering operations in the absence of Director of Engineering.
- Attend weekly, monthly meetings with other operational peer departments.
- Act as Chief Fire Marshal of the hotel in the absence of Director of Engineering.
- Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
- Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms, equipment in the roomsand public area equipment’s in a timely manner.
- Conduct monthly safety committee meetings, make sure safe work environment.
- Follow Four seasons standard PRP schedule for guest rooms maintenance
- Conduct trainings to all other department staffs about fire and life safety.
- Ensure all life safety equipment’s are in working condition.
- Respond to all emergency conditions such as fires, power failures andnatural calamities etc.
- Install or relocate any additional equipment or existing equipment when necessary.
- Ensure records of the building such as Blue Prints, Drawings, HLP reports, Maintenance Reports, PO’s, Work Orders, in a safe and secure place.
- Assist with energy conservation programs in the hotel.
- Assist in the installation of electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.
- Requires a working technical knowledge of general building maintenance.
- Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-Job or through a series of professional certifications.
- Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
- Ability to read and speak and write English.
