Job Title : Manager - Business Development (Mutual Fund Relationships)Experience : 5-9 YearsLocation : DelhiRoles & Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by promoting mutual fund platform to distributors, IFAs, RIAs, banks, and wealth firms
  • Identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and enhance platform adoption
  • Conduct product demos and onboard new distributors and partners
  • Build and manage relationships with AMCs, distributors, and financial institutions
  • Execute regional campaigns, events, and partnership initiatives
  • Support distributors in transactions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Track sales performance, SIP registrations, and client acquisition metrics
  • Provide regular reporting on meetings, activities, and business progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations and service delivery
Requisites
  • MBA or relevant qualification in Finance/Business
  • Experience in mutual fund, AMC, or distribution ecosystem
  • Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and platform operations
  • Business development and relationship management skills
  • Ability to conduct product demos and client presentations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Sales-driven mindset with focus on targets and growth
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
