- Drive business growth by promoting mutual fund platform to distributors, IFAs, RIAs, banks, and wealth firms
- Identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and enhance platform adoption
- Conduct product demos and onboard new distributors and partners
- Build and manage relationships with AMCs, distributors, and financial institutions
- Execute regional campaigns, events, and partnership initiatives
- Support distributors in transactions and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Track sales performance, SIP registrations, and client acquisition metrics
- Provide regular reporting on meetings, activities, and business progress
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless operations and service delivery
- MBA or relevant qualification in Finance/Business
- Experience in mutual fund, AMC, or distribution ecosystem
- Strong knowledge of mutual fund products and platform operations
- Business development and relationship management skills
- Ability to conduct product demos and client presentations
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Sales-driven mindset with focus on targets and growth
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external partners
