- Understand Indian Metro/Locomotives/RRTS/High Speed RS markets landscape.
- Collects input & prepare bids requirements overview.
- Prepare the clause-by-clause compliance matrix.
- Prepare the gap analysis & mitigation plan with the offered solution.
- Compliance with all applicable standard processes, like PM / LOA, E&C, EHS, Quality, etc.
- Serving as an interface towards other teams, such as Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, compliances etc.
- Involve with customers for techno-commercial discussion.
- Assesses bid risks, Updates Non compliances and associated risks levels. Prepare & review risks & opportunities in a tender.
- Deliver a winning proposal with a defined scope in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget.
- Keep the documentation produced for tender preparation, like RFP, queries & responses, presentations, letters, etc.
- Participate in contract negotiations with customers during the bid phase.
- Final review of the contract documents before contract signature.
- Propose the bid budget with necessary phasing, manage changes and slippages to schedule.
- Prepare the Win/Loss Analysis of an opportunity.
- You should have a minimum of 8-10 years experience with bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical along with the sales and bid experience (minimum 5 years) in Rolling Stock including multiple bid management experience.
- Understanding of lifecycle cost models and financing options
- Excellent skills in English (oral and written).
