Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development cum Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the HVAC sector. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing sales deals while driving overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of HVAC systems, market trends, and client management strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HVAC projects (residential, commercial, industrial).- Generate leads through networking, cold calls, market research, and online platforms.- Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and end-users.- Understand client requirements, propose HVAC solutions, and prepare tailored quotations and proposals.- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.- Coordinate with design, estimation, and project execution teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless handover.- Stay updated on competitor offerings, pricing, and market movements.- Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events.- Provide accurate forecasts and reports on sales performance, pipeline, and market feedback.- Support after-sales service and client relationship management for repeat business.Key Skills & Competencies:- Proven track record in HVAC project sales or business development.- Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and solutions.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
