Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth financial analysis to assess company performance, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making processes. Budgeting and Forecasting: Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, monitoring variances, and providing insights to management. Tax Compliance: Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, including GST, VAT, and income tax, and preparing tax returns as required. Audit Support: Supporting internal and external audit processes by preparing documentation, reconciling accounts, and addressing audit queries. Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with relevant accounting standards. Cost Control: Analyzing cost structures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and implementing measures to optimize operational expenses. Plant Visits: Travelling to and working across our four manufacturing plants located in Aurangabad, Pune, Hosur, Mysuru to oversee financial operations, reconcile accounts, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies in financial processes and implementing improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and control. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0-1 years of relevant experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
