Job Description:Role: Senior Full Stack Engineer (Node.js & React)Experience: 8–10 YearsKey ResponsibilitiesLead the architecture, design, and development of modern web applications using Node.js and React.Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.Drive best practices across code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.Mentor and guide a team of engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.Contribute to the strategic planning, technical roadmaps, and architectural decisions.Stay current with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to complex problems.Ensure adherence to the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.Work on Java-based technologies (e.g., Groovy) when required.Required Skills & Qualifications8–10 years of professional software development experience.Expertise in Node.js and React for full-stack application development.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Oracle or other RDBMS, and microservices architecture.Proficient in front-end performance optimization and responsive design.Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred SkillsExperience with serverless architectures.Knowledge of container orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.Familiarity with React Testing Library or similar testing frameworks.Exposure to both SQL and NoSQL database technologies.Prior experience with Java or scripting languages such as Groovy.Skills:Node.Js,React,Restful Api,RdbmsAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
