As a 3D visualiser, you will be responsible for transforming conceptual ideas and designs into compelling visual representations. This role requires a strong proficiency in 3D modeling, rendering and animation as well as a keen eye for design aesthetics. The 3D visualiser collaborates closely with architects to bring creative visions to life through realistic and visually stunning presentations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 3D Modeling & Rendering Create highly detailed and accurate 3D models of architectural designs and interior spaces for upload onto the website. Produce realistic rendering and visualisations that convey design concepts effectively to inspire and enhance the home plans category stage. Use advanced rendering software to achieve high quality photorealistic images. Animation & Virtual Tours Develop animated walkthroughs to showcase spatial designs. Create virtual tours to provide immersive experiences of architectural spaces. Use animation software to bring designs to life and communicate dynamic elements. Collaboration with Design Teams Work closely with architects and other stakeholders to understand project requirements. Interpret design concepts and provide creative input to enhance visual presentations. Iterate on designs based on feedback and collaboration with the design team. Presentation Materials Generate presentation materials including images and multimedia content. Prepare visual assets for client presentations and ensure visualisations align with the design intent and project specifications. Keep abreast of all latest software (AI driven) to automate backend work flows. Quality Control Review and refine visualisations to meet quality, website upload and project requirements. Conduct quality control checks on 3D models, textures, lighting and overall visual elements. Identify and troubleshoot issues related to the visual representation of designs. Technology & Software Stay updated on the latest trends, tools and technologies in 3D modeling and visualisation. Utilise a variety of software tools such as Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketchup and Adobe Creative Suite. Deadline Management Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines. Communicate effectively with teams to ensure timely delivery. SKILL SETS & EXPERIENCE Bachelors in Design / Architecture with or a related field. Proven experience as a 3D visualiser or similar role in the design / architecture industry. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, V-Ray, Sketchup) Tech savvy and ability to identify the latest softwares available in the market to automate the back end process. Strong artistic and design sensibilities with an eye for detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Knowledge of animation is a plus. Portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualisation projects.
