- Deliver engaging lessons in English Language and Literature to students, primarily focusing on Middle (TGT) or Senior Secondary (PGT) grades as per expertise and school requirements, following the CBSE curriculum.
- Design and implement effective lesson plans, classroom activities, assignments, and assessments that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Evaluate student progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and a love for reading and writing.
- Participate actively in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and overall academic excellence.

- Education (TGT): Bachelor's Degree in English and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
