- Managing Sales Ops Tasks - CMS/MIS/campaign activation
- Maintaining an accurate record of all New onboarding & Existing clients/ sending periodic reports to sales team on client campaigns
- Manage lead flow and drive registrations/responses with Tele-calling team
- Creating Weekly/Monthly/Qtr and Annual Sales Reports for leadership team
- Cultivating solid relationships with internal stakeholders for execution of each tool, collaborate for business impact across Sales, Product, Tech teams
- Identifying ways to overcome clients' concerns on campaign outcomes - solution orientation/strategic thinking
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience - 2 To 5 Years
- Proven experience working in client marketing/delivery roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Data crunching skills required, should be able to draw insights through data
- Ability to innovate using AI and drive efficiency in process
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure
