2. Motivating team for continuous improvement activities in the form of Five S,Kaizen & QC
3. Improving per head output in production on monthly basis.
4. Ensure coordination among various departments for smooth running of plant.
5. Execution of Lean manufacturing techniques to achieve maximum production
6. Meet more than 95% on time delivery of instruments & spares.
7. Achieve more than 80% First Time Right in final quality check & defined MTBF.
8. Management & improvement of stores to achieve minimum receipt to stock time, minimum stock
to issue time ,more than 98% inventory accuracy , high storage density & less than 7 days MRN completion.
9. Administration of Sikkim ,Liason with Govt.Authorities to smooth running of plant.
10. Control of inventory consisting of field return instruments, obsolete inventory, Non-moving and slow moving inventory by effective usage/disposal actions.
11. Control expenses related to sikkim.
12. Control warranty cost of spares.
