This is what makes Konecranes a unique place to work.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced SAP Project System Consultant to join our Agile team supporting SAP small developments for Engineer-to-Order (ETO) processes.Key Responsibilities

Analyze requirements and propose solutions for:

SAP PS module developments
Integration of Project Master & project-related data with 3rd-party tools (e.g., PPM Power App)
New process concepts (e.g., enhanced Change Pointer mechanism in PS)
Prepare documentation and support testing activities
Perform minor SAP PS customizing based on existing templates
Provide Level 3 support for incidents and problem-solving
Apply S/4HANA knowledge (mandatory)
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Learn new tools and concepts proactively
Awareness of ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards

The role is based in our office in SP Infocity, Pune - but it goes without saying that the remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce / Finance from a reputed university.

Experience

Minimum 4-7 years of SAP PS experience in manufacturing along with global exposure.

Technical Skills

Strong experience in SAP Project System (PS) customizing, including defining functional specifications, interface changes, and preparing detailed documentation.
Good working knowledge of SAP MM, SD, PP, and FICO modules to support end-to-end understanding of business processes and cross-functional integrations.
Familiarity with-and preferably hands-on experience in-Agile development methodologies.

Soft Skills

Good communication skills in English.
Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
