- Able to provide leadership on “Safe by Design” on projects and review our approach to hierarchical risk elimination, mitigation and controls.
- Undertakes specialist/complex packages of work and function as a Discipline Technical Reviewer on Medium technical risk projects within their own discipline.
- Able to present their technical work and that of their colleagues in their field to clients.
- Contributes to and researches the development of existing and new areas of technology/capabilities to inform business strategy.
- Promotes the importance of quality within their business.
- Acts as a Technical reviewer/signatory on low/medium-risk projects and bids.
- Familiar with the commercial governance, systems and project management governance
- Ensures technical governance structures and processes are adhered to.
- Develops technical capability of team/business.
- Promotes technical capability within business e.g. papers, case studies etc.
- May have performed the role of Project Manager (PM) for small/med complex projects while maintaining essential technical input.
- Leads and guides the teams for quality procedures on medium to large (multi-disciplinary) projects.
- Drives right behaviors within practice for knowledge management and support PHoD or Head of Discipline Influence teams for Continuous Professional Development events and support where required.
- Manages a team or group of teams and support for the staff development.
