- Responsibilities*
- Develop and implement lesson plans, assessments, and teaching materials tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, projects, presentations, and examinations; provide timely and constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages participation, creativity, and critical thinking.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.

- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and progress.
- Participate in professional development workshops, staff meetings, and school events as required.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities such as debates, elocution contests, and literary clubs.Requirements *Requirements:*- Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or Master of Arts (M.A) in English, along with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) qualification.
- 2â3 years of proven teaching experience in a school setting, preferably in the Kâ12 education sector.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar, vocabulary, and literary analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems for teaching and assessment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to student development and a passion for education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced school environment.
- Valid teaching certification or registration with the relevant education board.
