Process issue setup and execution of client new issue structured product transactions
Process manual fixed income desk executions and drop printer transactions (including preferreds)
Maintain strong relationships with other broker dealers, supporting the desk's Senior Agency / Fee Based trader executing fixed income security orders timely, accurately and within all industry and firm rules and regulations
Provide effective execution of structured derivative ('package') trades for maintenance and hedging needs, to gain exposure to duration, curve, spreads, and volatility
Rebalance duration and curve exposures across multiple strategies, build and maintain tools to assists in this process
Dedicated investing responsibilities base upon sector and/or maturity
Assist with team marketing materials and other business projects and initiatives
Think strategically about the portfolio management process, technology, and ways to scale the business
Manage counter-party relationships
