We are looking for a talented and dedicated VMO analyst to support the IT Supplier Management function, with a focus on supplier governance. This role will support various supplier governance metrics and will be responsible for tracking performance, preparing executive dashboards, reporting risks and issues, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.Job DescriptionCore ResponsibilitiesThis role will be a key member of the Enterprise Supplier Management function, which is part of the Comcast Enterprise Procurement team. Candidates should possess strong communication and analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to build supplier relationships and report on supplier performance across various parameters.The responsibilities will include * Day-to-day operations
  • Manage various supplier management functionalities developed using Aravo workflows.
  • Manage data‑collection surveys and consolidate governance metrics to publish performance reports.
  • Develop and publish supplier risk dashboards to leadership.
  • Identify risks and highlight issues to internal teams
  • Track supplier metrics
  • Analyze and track important metrics across the supplier ecosystem (for instance, spend, sNPS, operational metrics, etc.)
  • Measure and report supplier performance using relevant metrics.
  • Supplier Outreach
  • Centrally manage supplier communications regarding policy changes, new guidelines, contract updates and company communications
  • Perform service management
  • Drive process improvements and automation leveraging technology and AI
Other relevant duties as assignedKey requirements and experience include:
  • 3-4 years or more related experience in procurement or supplier management, PMO function for large technology or media organization
  • Strong understanding of workflow-based tools and technologies with relevant experience in supplier management or PMO activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and various data analytics tools
  • Ability to collate information/data from multiple sources, draft process flows, and review with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work cross-entity, cross-geography enterprise-wide initiatives
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent English verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience working in global delivery environments
  • Ability to support US time zone calls - up to 10 PM IST as necessary
  • Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker with excellent work ethic
  • Advanced or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Systems or equivalent education
