• Technical Support & Consulting: Act as the primary technical contact for customers, analyzing operational conditions to propose optimal bearing specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Diagnose bearing failures, analyze, and troubleshoot issues related to bearing damage or premature failure in machinery.
• Application Engineering: Assist customers with bearing selection, calculation (load, speed, life), and design validation (using software or manual calculations).
• Product Development Support: Collaborate with R&D teams on designing new bearing types (e.g., for high-speed or specific industrial applications).
• Field Support & Service: Perform on-site inspections, installation guidance, and lubrication audits to improve maintenance practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare technical reports, failure analysis documents, lubrication charts, and technical manuals.
• Training & Education: Provide training to customers and internal sales staff on bearing technology, application, and maintenance.

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 3–8+ years of experience in bearing design, application engineering, or maintenance of rotating equipment (pumps, gearboxes).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Creo, UG NX), bearing analysis tools (e.g., vibration monitoring), and understanding of metallurgy.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work under pressure.

• Technical Support: Delivering high-quality solutions to customer inquiries.
• RCA & Reliability: Reducing equipment downtime through effective problem resolution.
• Customer Satisfaction: Strengthening technical relationships with key accounts.
• Product Knowledge: Staying updated with new bearing technologies and market trends.
