We offer a range of training programs for school leaders, educators, students, and parents on child safety and protection. And we also work with Universities and College Students through Personality & Professional Development, as well as Holistic Well Being Workshops. Job Status: Five Days a Week, Eight Hours Per Day. 3 Months Project basis Job Title: Youth Well-being Trainer Job Description: The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs on a variety of topics related to professional development, Holistic health - physical, intimate and mental health. The trainer will work with individuals and groups to promote healthy relationships, decision- making, and overall well-being. Key Responsibilities: Understand the vision and mission of Right Side Story to work towards student well- being in educational institutions. Understand the specific role of the Trainer in educating on the topics of professional development, Holistic health - physical, intimate and mental health. Develop and deliver training programs on the topics, Develop and deliver age-appropriate content to young adults (18-24 years). Plan, organise and facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions. Use a variety of teaching methods, such as lectures, discussions, and interactive activities, to engage learners. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed through report writing. Stay up-to-date on current trends and research related to professional development, Holistic health - physical, intimate and mental health Qualifications & Necessary Skills: A Master's degree in Education/ Social Work/ Mental Health/ Psychology or a related field 0-3 years of experience in a similar set-up Committed to making an impact on educational institutions and children Experience in training and/ or teaching Familiarity with a variety of interactive methods and technologies Knowledge of professional development, health and mental health topics Understand how to work with Young adults (boys) as well . Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work with diverse groups of people Comfortable discussing sensitive topics in a professional manner Inspire and motivate learners Able to maintain a non-judgemental, empathetic, understanding and respectful approach in all their work Document learnings from the training Logistical details to note: Travel is expected across North and Central India.
