Job Description: Senior Account ManagerLocation: Dubai, UAE

Company: RegtechAbout the RoleWe is seeking a dynamic and client-focused Senior Account Manager to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong account management expertise within the technology or SaaS domain, preferably with prior experience at a local Identity Verification (IDV) company or in the competitive fintech/regtech space in the UAE.This is a client-facing role responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring seamless product adoption, and growing key accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships.Deeply understand client business needs and objectives to deliver tailored solutions.Oversee the implementation and adoption of products and services.Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and resolving escalations.Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and support) to deliver maximum value to clients.Track and monitor account performance, providing regular updates and strategic insights to clients.Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities (separate revenue targets apply).Negotiate contract renewals and contribute to account growth strategies.Maintain and report on account health metrics to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.Qualifications & Skills5+ years of proven experience in account management, client success, or relationship management (preferably in SaaS, fintech, or regtech).Prior experience at a local IDV company or competitor in UAE is highly preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.Demonstrated success in escalation management and issue resolution.Proficiency with CRM/account management tools.Highly organized, process-driven, and result-oriented.Willingness to relocate to Dubai if not already based in the UAE.Why Join UsAt the forefront of transforming digital onboarding and identity verification for global enterprises.
