You’ll be the very first Account Executive to join the team — building and managing the entire sales process end-to-end.
Design, execute, and refine a scalable sales process that drives growth.
Work closely with SDRs to prospect, identify, nurture, and convert leads into high-value opportunities.
Create and deliver a winning sales strategy that consistently exceeds targets.
Build strong, long-lasting client relationships that go beyond transactions.
2. Shape product direction & company strategy
Unlike a typical AE role, you’ll have the opportunity to influence product decisions and business strategy with a “founder’s mindset.”
Bring customer and market insights to guide the product roadmap.
Contribute to marketing initiatives by sharing feedback and ideas for impactful collateral and sales assets, drawn from your daily customer interactions.
Qualifications that set you apart:
4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience (preferably with early-stage startups).
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
Strong communicator and negotiator with exceptional relationship-building skills.
